Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Thaw the spinach. Peel the garlic. Combine all ingredients in a tall glass and blend until smooth. Season the dip with salt and pepper.
