Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g couverture or chocolate, white
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 500 g whipped cream
- 350 ml Amaretto

Chop the white chocolate into small pieces. Combine the chocolate chips, sugar, egg, and a little whipped cream in a bowl and heat in a double boiler to approximately 90°C, so the water is simmering but not boiling. Blend with an immersion blender on high for about 5 minutes, while adding the Amaretto. Then stir in the remaining whipped cream and beat briefly again. Pour into 2 medium-sized bottles, let cool, and store in the refrigerator.
