Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g spaetzle
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 100 g salami, diced
  • 100 g meat sausage, diced
  • 150 g cooked ham, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • e.g. chopped parsley
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the spaetzle in salted water according to the package instructions. Heat 1 tablespoon of margarine in a pan. Sauté the finely chopped onions. Add the salami, sausage, and cooked ham and toast. Clean the bell peppers, cut them into strips, and add them. Cook everything in a covered pan for about 5 minutes. Now stir in the cooked spaetzle, toast everything briefly, and season with pepper and chopped parsley. Tip: A wok works well for the amount of cooking; I always use that.
