Pink sauce – Argentinian salad dressing

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil, sunflower oil or similar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp Tabasco
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 cup of cream, 200 g each
  • e.g. herbs, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Freshly press the garlic clove. Place the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork, spoon, or whisk until creamy. The sauce can be consumed immediately. It pairs well with salads and meat dishes.
