  • 1 beefsteak tomato(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g quark, 40%
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Delicious with fondue or meat

Squeeze the lemon and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Peel the avocado, halve it, remove the pit, and cut it into large pieces. Skin the tomato and cut it into large pieces along with the avocado. Peel the onion and add it to the tomato and avocado in small pieces. Puree everything. Add the puree to the lemon marinade, add the quark, and mix everything together. Tastes great with fondue, chopped vegetables, and toasted bread.
