Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g green beans
  • 2 large potatoes, waxy
  • 2 pointed peppers
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 knackwurst
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch of savory

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the vegetables. Cut the beans into approximately 3 cm long pieces, peel the potatoes and cut them into 1 cm cubes. Cut the peppers into pieces the same size as the beans and cut the leeks into approximately 0.5 cm rings. Boil the beans with the savory in salted water for 3 minutes, drain. Remove the savory, refresh them in ice water and let them drain. Cut the sausages into thin rings and fry in a non-stick pan. Add the potatoes, peppers and spring onions. Cover the pan and sauté for about 10 minutes. Then add the drained beans, season with salt and pepper and fry everything uncovered for another 5 minutes.
