Vodka punch with peach and vanilla ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bottle of vodka
  • 2 liters of peach juice or passion fruit juice
  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 1 liter ice cream (vanilla ice cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

Cut the halved peaches into small boats (6-8 wedges each). Then pour the vodka and peach juice into a large container and add the peaches. Let it chill for about 4 hours or longer and let it steep. About half an hour before serving, place the vanilla ice cream, one by one, on top of the punch. Using a ladle, pour the fruit, ice, and punch into the glasses.
