Nutella cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 400 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 g cane sugar
  • 3 tbsp Nutella
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g chocolate decoration (chocolate drops)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

really chocolatey and incredibly delicious

Beat the eggs with the sugar, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter until fluffy. Stir in the Nutella, followed by the almonds and cocoa. Mix everything well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in slowly. Add more milk if the batter is too dry. Fold in the chocolate chips. You can of course just chop up regular milk chocolate and fold it in. Don’t forget the brown sugar, though; it gives the cake a special touch. Pour the batter into a suitable dish (bundt pan or loaf pan) and bake at 175°C for about 60 minutes. It depends on the dish, so it’s best to check on the cake every now and then.
