Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 ½ cups cream
  • 3 vanilla sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp jam (strawberry jam or jelly)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whip the cream, mixing in the vanilla sugar, and finally add the jam. You can use any jam if you don’t have fresh fruit on hand. Tastes perfect with vanilla ice cream or cake!
