Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 lemon(s), juice and zest
- lots of sugar
- 200 ml cream (half cream)
- 1 egg white
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without gelatin or corn starch
Grate the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Combine the zest and juice with the low-fat quark. Stir in plenty of sugar and refine with the single cream. Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold in.
