Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of blackberries or mixed berries, frozen
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 300 g quark
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 handfuls of biscuits (Amarettini)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thaw the blackberries slightly and puree them. Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff peaks form and fold into the quark. Crumble the amaretti biscuits. Layer the mixture into glasses.
