Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 ml whole milk yogurt
- 300 ml cream
- 1 pack of instant gelatine, for 500 ml of liquid
- 1 lime(s), juice and zest
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
fluffy, light dessert
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the cream and season with sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold in. Refrigerate the dessert for about 30 minutes. Very refreshing and versatile.
