Mascarpone – chocolate – cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 75 g chocolate coating
  • 75 g marzipan paste
  • 250 ml cream
  • 4 cl Amaretto
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • Chocolate sprinkles or brittle
  • Waffles

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the cream and melt the honey and chocolate coating. Dissolve the marzipan in it, add the cornstarch and Amaretto, and bring everything to a boil briefly, then let it cool slightly. Stir in the mascarpone well. Pour into glasses or bowls and refrigerate. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles, brittle, or something similar, and place an ice cream cone inside.
