Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 850 ml mango pulp or mango pulp (available in Asian stores)
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Whip the two cups of whipped cream until stiff peaks form, stir in the mango puree, and you’re done. It tastes absolutely delicious, not exactly a diet dessert, but it’s worth the indulgence. It’s important to use mango puree from an Asian store (stock up while you’re there); it has a much more intense flavor than fresh mangos from the supermarket.
