Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 1 pack of condensed milk, 10%
  • 1 large vegetable onion(s) or sweet onion grated
  • 5 tbsp ketchup (curry), hot
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

World’s best onion sauce – the hit with every fondue!

Pour Miracle Whip into a bowl. Add the grated onion, curry ketchup, and the remaining ingredients. Gradually add the condensed milk and mix. Depending on how thick you want the sauce (it’s usually rather thick), thin it with the condensed milk. Season to taste and let it sit for about 1-2 hours. Important: Use only the ingredients listed. This sauce won’t work with any other mayonnaise or ketchup. Do not prepare the sauce until the day you plan to eat it; it quickly becomes bitter the next day. The sauce tastes great with meat, fish, scampi, or simply with bread.
