Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 5 cookies (wholemeal cookies)
  • 100 g raspberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Delicious and fruity

Stir the quark until creamy. Place the biscuits in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Alternate the biscuits, quark, and raspberries in dessert glasses.
