Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g almonds, blanched
  • 120 g date(s), dried
  • 1 tsp rose water

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

Soak the dates in cold water the day before, or soak them in hot water for at least 10 minutes the same day. Drain the soaking water and puree the dates with a hand blender. Place the almonds in a food processor and chop finely, then add the pureed dates and rose water and blend until smooth. Shape into a nice roll and store in the refrigerator, wrapped in cling film.
