Nutella nut cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g Nutella
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 180 ml milk
  • 200 g butter or margarine
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • Fat for the mold
  • possibly sweets (Smarties)
  • possibly chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Sponge batter. Very easy and quick

Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl until fluffy, then add the eggs. Stir in the Nutella, hazelnuts, flour, baking powder, and milk. Pour into a greased cake pan. Bake for 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C. Once cooled, cover with chocolate coating and garnish with Smarties. I personally like to add a few Smarties to the batter.
