Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 120 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 tbsp, levelled cocoa powder
- 1 jar sour cherries
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 1 package of chocolate shavings

very juicy, light & fruity, it couldn’t be easier & faster
Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Stir in the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa powder. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan or tart pan. Spread the drained sour cherries over the batter and press down lightly. Bake at 175°C for 45-60 minutes. Spread the whipped cream, whipped with cream stiffener, over the cooled cake and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. (For a change, the cake can also be covered with chocolate icing.)
