Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 125 ml oil
- 150 ml orange lemonade
- 250 g flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 jar plum jam
- 500 ml whipped cream
- 3 packs of cream stiffener
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 600 g sour cream
- Chocolate decoration or chocolate flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
(for 1 tray)
Combine the batter ingredients and bake at 180°C or gas mark 3 for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool. Spread the plum jam evenly over the batter. Mix the whipped cream with the sour cream, cream stiffener, and vanilla sugar until well combined. Spread this mixture over the plum jam and smooth it down. Garnish with chocolate or divide it into individual slices. I like the cake best chilled.
