Broccoli and pea pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 150 ml cream
  • 25 g Parmesan
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Four minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the broccoli to the pasta water. Two minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the peas. Brown the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Add the cream and Parmesan cheese and bring to a boil briefly. Mix everything together in a saucepan. You can use more Parmesan cheese if desired. If it’s too thick, add a little more pasta water.
