Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 biscuits (cantuccini, Florentine almond biscuits)
- 4 tbsp coffee, boiled (espresso)
- 50 g chocolate
- 75 ml double cream
- 4 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
- 100 g mascarpone
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
when things have to go quickly
Break the biscuits into large pieces and place them in two glasses of your choice. Pour the espresso over the biscuits. Melt the chocolate. Mix together the double cream, mascarpone, and Baileys. Pour the chocolate over the biscuits and fold it in once or twice to create a marbled effect. Spoon this mixture onto the biscuits and serve.
