Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey breast
- 1 tbsp oil
- 175 g mushrooms
- 1 orange(s), juice and zest
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 90 ml white wine
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 150 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Dice the meat and brown. Remove from the pan after 5-6 minutes. Add the mushrooms, orange juice, and zest, and cook covered in the pan for about 2-3 minutes. Remove the lid, add the mustard, wine, cream, and broth, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the meat, season to taste, and add the chives. Serve with rice.
