Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 350 g cream, ice-cold
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 150 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 80 g sugar
  • 5 sheets of gelatin

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Whip the cream until stiff. Combine the sour cream and sugar. Squeeze out the gelatin and dissolve it in the microwave with a splash of orange juice. Stir in the remaining juice. Stir the mixture into the sour cream mixture. Finally, fold in the cream in 2-3 portions. As needed, either pour into molds while still soft or set in the refrigerator and then pipe.
