Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g shrimp(s), raw, peeled and deveined
  • herb butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the shrimp in an ovenproof dish, top with flakes of herb butter, season with salt and pepper, and cook in the oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Serve with bread.
