Yogurt – Raspberry – Meringue Dream

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 650 g raspberries, frozen
  • 400 g low-fat yogurt, 1.5%
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 2 bags of meringue(s)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Fast, simple, special

For the bottom layer, place 600g of frozen raspberries into the serving bowl. Whip the cream and then gently mix it into the yogurt. Add the remaining 50g of raspberries to give it a lovely pink hue. Spoon the mixture over the raspberries. Crumble the meringue (it’s quicker to leave the meringue in the bag and simply hit the closed bag with your bare hand—but be careful, it’ll create dust!) and place it on top of the cream/yogurt mixture as the third layer. Chill for 2-3 hours and serve.
