Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries
  • 4 chocolate kisses
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the strawberries, pat dry, and hull them. Halve 4 strawberries and set aside, quarter the remaining ones. Remove the wafer bases from the chocolate kisses. Mix the chocolate foam mixture with lemon juice and low-fat quark, and season with honey. Fold the quartered strawberries into the cream. Spoon the quark cream into dessert bowls and decorate with wafer bases and strawberry halves.
