Spicy curd spread with potatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 300 g potatoes, cooked
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 1 tbsp, leveled paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quark spread

Peel the cooked potatoes and press them through a potato ricer while still hot. Mix well with the curd cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic, paprika, chives, mustard, and paprika powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
