Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp water
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 4 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Pour the batter into a greased fruit base pan (don’t be surprised, the batter will be very runny). Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for about 20 minutes. Suitable for all types of fruit toppings. Tip: I make a few bases in advance and freeze them.
