easy cooking with great enjoyment

First, slice the mushrooms into thin strips. I used canned corn. After preparing the pasta, bring the water for cooking to a high heat. At the same time, brown the ground beef, then the mushrooms, and finally the corn, also over high heat. Add a little water, about 200 ml, to the fiesta and reduce the heat to medium. Then add the 200 ml of cream and the remaining water and stir. Add the cream thickener and season with rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, a pinch of nutmeg, marjoram, Maggi, sweet paprika, pepper, and salt. Simmer for a bit and add the grated cheese. I used Gouda cheese. Stir well while adding the grated cheese so that the cheese doesn’t clump. Simmer the cheese fiesta, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is done. Serve with a fresh salad, such as cucumber or leaf lettuce, and the dish is complete.
