Blushing Sara – Yogurt Strawberry Dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g butter biscuits
  • 75 g butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 100 g Greek yogurt
  • 20 g powdered sugar
  • 10 strawberries, frozen also possible
  • 1 tsp, heaped powdered sugar
  • 2 basil leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the cookies in a freezer bag and crumble by hand. Melt the butter, add the brown sugar, and the cookies. Mix everything together and let it cool at room temperature (not in the refrigerator!). Pour the mixture into a medium, clear drinking glass and press down. Mix the yogurt with the powdered sugar and drizzle over the mixture. Set aside two strawberries. Blend the remaining strawberries and powdered sugar in a blender and drizzle over the yogurt. Garnish with a strawberry and the basil leaf.
