Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • n. B. Amaretto
  • 200 g amaretti biscuits
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 200 g almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

Place the amaretti biscuits in a dish and drizzle evenly with Amaretto. Hull, wash, dry, and slice the strawberries lengthwise. Arrange the strawberries on top of the amaretti biscuits. Place the mascarpone in a mixing bowl. Whisk in the vanilla sugar, orange juice, and sugar. Spread the mascarpone over the strawberries. Add two more layers if desired. Finally, toast the almond flakes in a dry pan and spread them over the dessert. Then refrigerate for 2 hours.
