  • 200 ml Soy milk, vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Whey protein powder, vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  1. Put the soy milk in a shaker, add the protein powder and shake.
  2. Pour the soy milk mixture into a glass.
  3. Add the two tablespoons of chia seeds, seal the jar and shake vigorously. Shake vigorously during the rest period.
