Ingredients
 

  • 200 ml Soy milk, vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Whey protein powder, vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Put the soy milk in a shaker, add the protein powder and shake.
  • Pour the soy milk mixture into a glass.
  • Add the two tablespoons of chia seeds, seal the jar and shake vigorously. Shake vigorously during the rest period.
  • Put in the fridge for at least two hours before enjoying, preferably overnight. Also tastes great with some berries or popped grain. Good Appetite!
