Ingredients
- 200 ml Soy milk, vanilla
- 1 tbsp Whey protein powder, vanilla
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Put the soy milk in a shaker, add the protein powder and shake.
- Pour the soy milk mixture into a glass.
- Add the two tablespoons of chia seeds, seal the jar and shake vigorously. Shake vigorously during the rest period.
- Put in the fridge for at least two hours before enjoying, preferably overnight. Also tastes great with some berries or popped grain. Good Appetite!
