Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 small potatoes, cooked and diced, approx. 300 g
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 150 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mash the diced potatoes finely with a fork and let cool. Combine the diced onions with the oil and sour cream and stir into the potatoes. Stir in the chives and season well with salt and pepper. Chill the spread.
