Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 8 egg whites
- 240 g butter
- 240 g sugar
- 4 packets of vanilla sugar
- 8 egg yolks
- 100 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder, heaped
- 200 g chocolate, grated
- 200 g almond(s), ground
- 8 tbsp milk
- 1 pc. pudding powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolks until fluffy. Add the milk. Combine the pudding mix with the baking powder, flour, grated chocolate, and ground almonds. Then stir in. Now fold in the beaten egg whites. Bake at 175°C for about 1 hour. If desired, you can drizzle lemon glaze over the cooled cake. Have fun and good luck!
