Super moist chocolate cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate (cooking chocolate)
  • 200 g butter
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 tbsp flour or grated nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

can also be baked as a brownie

Melt the chocolate with the butter. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and add to the mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them in with the flour. Bake at 200°C on a smaller, shallow baking sheet for about 25 minutes, cutting into squares once cooled (brownies), or bake in a cake pan for about 55 minutes. The center of the cake will remain slightly runny. (For a large baking sheet, double the amount.)
