Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 40 ml liqueur (coconut liqueur)
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g cake icing (chocolate icing), melted
  • 20 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

with coconut liqueur

Heat the dark chocolate with the milk until melted. Let cool. Cream together the butter, powdered sugar, and egg until creamy. Stir in the coconut liqueur and chocolate milk. Quickly stir in the flour, desiccated coconut, and baking powder. Fill into muffin tins and bake at 175°C for 20-25 minutes. Once cooled, cover with chocolate icing. Sprinkle desiccated coconut into the still-moistened icing.
