Caipirinha – Peach – Punch

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 3 limes
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 200 ml cachaça
  • ¾ liter sparkling wine, ice-cold semi-dry
  • ¾ liter mineral water, ice-cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the peaches, reserving the juice. Stir together the peach juice, lemon juice, sugar, and cachaça until the sugar is completely dissolved. Dice the peaches. Wash the limes in hot water and slice them. Pour everything into a large punch bowl. Top up with sparkling wine and mineral water just before serving. If you like, add 5-6 ice cubes.
