  • 140 g sugar
  • 400 g flour
  • 125 g hazelnuts (ground)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Generational recipe

Mix the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar, and hazelnuts thoroughly, then add the flour. Shape the dough into croissants with your hands, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake. While the croissants are still warm, roll them in powdered sugar.
