Good morning muesli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup(s) fruit (mixed dried fruit)
  • ¼ liter orange juice
  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 2 apples
  • 2 lemon(s), the juice
  • 100 g grapes
  • 2 cup(s) nuts, mixed, chopped
  • ½ liter of sour milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp sea buckthorn pulp
  • some sugar
  • 4 tbsp wheat germ, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Muesli

Chop the dried fruit into small pieces, place it in a bowl, pour over the orange juice, and let it soak for half an hour. Halve, core, and slice the pears and apples, and drizzle with the lemon juice. Then add them to the dried fruit along with the washed grapes and nuts. Mix everything thoroughly. Mix the sour cream with the vanilla sugar, honey, and sea buckthorn. Season to taste with a little sugar. Pour the sour cream over the fruit muesli and divide it among the breakfast bowls. Finally, sprinkle each serving with the crushed wheat germ.
