Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 300 g powdered sugar
- 100 g almonds
- 1 bag of gingerbread spice
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 150 g butter, melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Sheet cake, approx. 10 pieces
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix the wet ingredients in the same way. Mix all ingredients together well with a mixer. Spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven) for 20 minutes. Once cooled, cover the base with chocolate coating and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
