Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 300 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- Fat and flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Sponge cake
Make a batter from the ingredients, pour it into a greased, floured loaf pan and bake on the bottom rack at 175 °C top/bottom heat for about 1 hour.
