Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 steak(s) (butterfly), pork, 200 g each
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 16 sage leaves
- 80 g jam (orange)
- Sea salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat a pan over high heat. Brush the pork steaks with oil, season with salt and pepper. Add the meat to the pan with the sage and sear for 2 minutes on each side. Add the jam and sauté for another 2 minutes. Serve the steaks on steamed vegetables, for example, and drizzle with the jam glaze.
