Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 liter broth, clear
- 1 potato(s), raw
- Pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely dice the onions and finely chop the garlic. Lightly brown both in a little oil and deglaze with the clear broth. Grate the raw potato finely into the boiling broth until it becomes nice and creamy. Season with white pepper. Done!
