Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can of soup (concentrated cream soup, any kind)
- ½ cup(s) rice
- 2 chicken legs
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix the rice with the undiluted soup in a casserole dish. Place the two thighs on top. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until the thighs are cooked and brown.
