Apple-Kiwi Punch

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 large apple, green
  • 3 kiwis
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 lemon(s) , (juice)
  • 2 bottles of white wine, milder
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the apple, core it, and slice it into wafer-thin slices. Peel the kiwi and cut it into pieces. Finely chop the mint leaves, add everything to the punch bowl, and mix gently. Dust the fruit with powdered sugar and drizzle with lemon juice. Cover and let it steep for about 30 minutes. Top up with chilled wine and sparkling wine just before serving. Garnish with a few mint leaves, if desired.
