Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced pork
  • 700 g savoy cabbage
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 750 ml Coke
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sambal oelek
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • possibly sauce thickener

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with savoy cabbage and cola sauce

Brown the minced pork with the oil in a deep pan or saucepan. Roughly chop an onion and fry it with the minced meat. Pour the cola into the pan and simmer with the lid open for a few minutes. Add the finely chopped savoy cabbage to the minced meat and cook with the lid closed. After about 10 minutes, when the savoy cabbage should still have some bite, season the sauce with soy sauce and sambal oelek. Thicken with a sauce thickener if desired. Serve with rice.
