Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tsp lavender flowers, dried, for tea
- 1 liter of water
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- e.g. lime(s)
- n. B. ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Refreshing and healthy iced tea without sugar with a delicate herbal note
Pour boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 10 minutes. Add honey or, for a vegan version, maple syrup, and stir well. Once the tea has cooled, add ice cubes. You can also add lime or lemon slices, if desired. Iced tea is a healthy thirst quencher in the summer.
