Latte Macchiato on ice

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 ml espresso
  • 2 tbsp, heaped vanilla ice cream (bourbon vanilla ice cream)
  • 75 ml milk
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar, or to taste
  • Cinnamon powder or cocoa powder for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Prepare an espresso and sweeten to taste. Pour the milk into a milk frother and froth it cold. Then place the vanilla ice cream in a glass and press down, then pour in the frothed milk. Carefully and slowly pour the espresso over the rim of the glass. You can also use a teaspoon. Serve the latte macchiato sprinkled with cinnamon or cocoa.
